--Present opportunities for mutual support and fellowship, mentoring and spiritual growth

--Equip women to use their influence and put their faith into action to carry our the mission and message of Jesus Christ.

A message from our WM Financial Coordinator, the Rev. Denise Turner:
When contemplating ways to increase our Women's Ministries Scholarship Fund we came across this great non-profit organization--Soles4Souls. We were moved and inspired, and think you will be too, when you see what your contribution will help do for struggling people around the world and in the USA.
Our Fall Retreat at Mission Springs this year has the theme "Embracing the Journey" so I took this as divine synchronicity--our fundraising will provide shoes for people who are just trying to survive the journey, and our help and prayers may make this just a little easier. As we embrace our own journeys, so we seek to ease the journeys of our brothers and sisters. In Christ, Amen!

P.S.--Our scholarship fund sends women and our young women to regional retreats and leadership training; to interregional visioning events; to national inspirational church events, and to international service & witnessing trips.
